Delivery terms

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If the requested item is temporarily out of stock on the date of your order, we will notify you and inform you when we can deliver it to you or, alternatively, we will refund the total amount of your order, depending on the original method of payment. .

PLACE OF DELIVERY

The items offered on our website can be delivered to all addresses in the Kingdom of Morocco. The customer is required to provide as much information as possible to ensure the best delivery of the products.
Shipments outside Morocco are possible and are made on estimate according to the current exchange rate and fluctuations in transport costs.

DELIVERY TIME

Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we make every effort to fulfill your order within one to three working days of the date of your order. Working days are Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. You should also expect delays in processing orders during periods of holidays or special events, including the periods of al Aid al fitr and aid al adha, and New Year's Day. A person must be available between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. to receive the delivered merchandise. This person must be able to sign and confirm that the goods received are those ordered. The delivery date may vary depending on factors such as the delivery practices of the carrier, the delivery location, the method of delivery and the items ordered. Alternatively, items may be shipped in separate shipments.

SHIPPING COSTS

Fixed shipping costs of 30 MAD will be applied to all orders destined for the city of Casablanca, 40 MAD for the outskirts of Casablanca, and 50 MAD outside Casablanca. All orders over 499 MAD (excluding taxes and shipping costs) will benefit from a free delivery service. To request a higher shipping method, contact contact@kalmaz.ma for related fees. Applicable sales taxes will be based on the province or territory where the shipment is made.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received must be refused.
