Cash payment by credit card
You can pay by credit card: in this case, payment is made on our partner's website. This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the Kalmaz site. Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure. Your order will thus be registered as soon as the payment is accepted by the banking service. You can pay online with confidence by entering the number, the expiry date of your bank card and the security code on the back of the card in the spaces provided for this purpose.
Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. Kalmaz has no access to these contact details, and does not keep them on its servers. This is why they are requested from you with each new transaction on our site.
Cash on delivery
This method of payment also requires processing time. Once your order has been placed on our site, it will remain pending validation until it is reviewed by the fraud control department. If everything is in order, it is validated, and an email is sent to you stating that your order has been validated.Your package will then be shipped and once you have received it, you will pay for your order directly with the delivery person at the time of delivery.
COD payment requires costly management to secure transactions, COD costs are therefore added to those of delivery.
